bulbasaur's a cute fellow isn't he?
very cute, a great starter pokemon too.
I'm glad I never had to choose between the 3 starters, because in yellow you eventually got all of them haha!
have you ever played this game?
basically you get a mic and tell pikachu what to do.
one of the minigames was making soup with bulbasaur
sounds fun right?
except pikachu NEVER LISTENS TO YOU.
microphones were so primitive back then, that when you told pikachu to do something there was like...a 75 percent chance of him doing something completely different.
I never finished this game. I don't think I even got past the first level.
and this is why.
EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. THIS HAPPENED TO ME.
Haha, I would love to try that game out!!

ReplyDeleteIt was fun, just....don't expect to get very far. Or actually beat the game.

ReplyDeleteLucky kid never having to spend years trading to try and get one.. Of course everyone started with Charmander or Squirtle. No one like bulbasaur.
ReplyDeleteI remember this!! Hahahah
ReplyDelete@Xenototh
ReplyDeletei also had a sister that had the opposite game(i had silver, she had gold, etc), so i never had to worry about trading with people lol
Bulbasaur was my least favourite starter.
ReplyDeleteHahah oh that game, the memories. I still have the mic stashed away in my attic.
ReplyDelete@Damien1P
ReplyDeleteout of every gen he's your least favorite?
I couldn't keep up with all the pokemon they added after the red/blue gameboy games. Looking forward to getting a good list with pictures.
ReplyDeleteHaha the drawings were funny man. Everything from back then was primitive compared to now =[ Nostalgia!
